MURDER IN THE HEARTLAND is a brand new twist on the true-crime documentary. Against the backdrop of heartland towns of the USA, each town’s tale is voiced by the people who live there, but over the course of each story we discover these citizens are more than just storytellers. All interviewees were key witnesses to each of the crimes, having held critical clues to the puzzle that forever changed their lives… and the towns they call home.
